Condition Report: Cosmetically good, but rather highly polished. General scratches and wear, some more noticeable on the bottom tier. Brasswork rather flat and tarnished. Stress cracks around the legs which have been repaired, filled and polished. General other small restoration and French polishing throughout. 010211
