A Venetian Enamelled and Metal Mounted Scent Bottle, by Osvaldo Brussa, Murano, Venice, circa 1750, of round shouldered cylindrical shape, with silver gilt silver screw thread cap with nail punched decoration, the main body enamelled with a goldfinch perched on flowering jasmine flanked by blue comfrey, tulips, lily of the valley, hyacinths and other flowers beneath a tear drop shoulder band and beaded basal band, 9.2cm high
