A Pair of Early 19th Century Large Size Percussion Cap Pocket Pistols by Johnston, St. James' Street, London, circa 1800, converted from flintlocks, the 7cm turn-off octagonal steel barrels with front and rear sights, the square frames finely engraved with martial trophies and with engraving to tops and sides, the finely chequered walnut bag butts set with octagonal escutcheons, 20cm long overall, together with the original combined knipple key/barrel wrench.
