A 19th Century Japanese Katana, the 77.5cm Shin-shinto blade signed on the tang, the gilt brass one piece habaki with cloud chiselled decoration, the large bronze tsuba cast with a dragon and later gilt, the braid bound fish skin grip with gilt bronze bird and foliate menuki, the black patinated bronze fuchi and kashira cast with lobsters highlighted in gilt, with black lacquer saya.
