A Modern Royal Navy Officer's Dress Sword, the 78cm single edge narrow fullered steel blade etched with crowned EIIR cypher and fouled anchor by Wilkinson Sword, the edge numbered 110283, the gilt metal hilt with hinged guard stamped B.R.N.C., cast with a fouled anchor, wire bound white sharkskin grip and lion head pommel, with later pigskin scabbard.
