A Japanese Katana, the 66.5cm Koto steel blade with a narrow fuller running for 11cm from the one piece copper habaki, the tang with two holes and three character signature, the octagonal iron "Nambam" tsuba pierced and gilt with a dragon, cloud bands and tendrils, the black braid bound fishskin grip with parcel gilt bronze turtle menuki, the bronze fuchi and kashira with gilt chrysanthemum heads, the wood saya covered in herringbone woven cane.
