The artist exhibited at the RI from 1893 and at the Fine Art Society in 1910. She illustrated books including The Flowers and Gardens of Madeira written by her mother.

The work is sold with a book entitled The Italian Lakes, painted with views by the artist and described by Richard Bagot.
