Edward Armfield (1817-1896)

It is believed that Edward Armfield was related to George (Smith) Armfield. It is possible they were brothers. Like George Smith Armfield, Edward Armfield painted animals. In particular he painted dogs usually terriers. He also painted game birds and less frequently landscapes.
