Next Sale: Wednesday 25 September

Entries invited for all future sales

Our full-time book specialist, Paul Hughes, heads up the highly successful and rapidly growing Books, Maps, Manuscripts & Photographs Department.

At least four specialist sales are held each year, and many thousands of books are sold each month at our regular antiques sales.

Whether you wish to sell a large library or an individual item, Paul will be happy to advise you on its value and help you maximise the sale price.

All sales are catalogued and buyers can view lots online. Paul will happily discuss the condition of any lot before the sale and supply additional images if required.

Our use of the latest advances in live online bidding, together with more traditional methods, attracts buyers from around the world. We achieve outstanding selling rates and regularly break world auction records for individual titles.
