Oonagh Drage
General Valuer and Head of Militaria Department
After leaving school Oonagh joined Henry Spencer & Sons of Retford in Nottinghamshire. When she joined they were conducting two to three specialist sales per week interspersed with a large number of country house sales held on the premises. Oonagh was fortunate enough to be involved in all aspects of the preparation of these important sales.
She thoroughly enjoyed her twenty years there - beginning as a pupil and eventually becoming Head of the Cataloguing Department. The company was taken over by Phillips in 1995 and Oonagh continued to work for them for a further three years. After a brief spell (seven months) working for Neales of Nottingham, she joined the Tennants team in October 1999.
