Collection & Storage
We ask you to collect your purchases or unsold items promptly. You must pay for your purchases in full before taking them away.
Furniture, carpets or larger works of art which have not been collected within:
- seven days of a general sale; or
- 14 days of a catalogue sale
will be removed and stored at a third party premices
Storage Charges
Please note that our storage charges are £5 plus VAT per item per day. Storage charges must be paid before we can release your goods, and you must then collect on the same day to avoid further storage charges.
Packing and Dispatch
Smaller Items
We can offer a limited packing and shipping service for smaller items (excluding glazed or fragile items). In addition the mailing company, Mailboxes Direct, specialise in packing and shipping items under 30kg.
