Ruari is a Cataloguer in the Books, Maps & Manuscripts department.

After reading History and Politics as an undergraduate, Ruari completed a Master’s degree in the History of the Book. Ruari continued to develop his knowledge of rare books by collecting and dealing, before joining Tennants in June 2023. Ruari has a broad knowledge of and interest in rare books and manuscripts but is particularly drawn to modern first editions and works of literature.
