Frank Knowles captured life in and around Wensleydale in all its forms during the decade that he spent as a staff photographer for a local newspaper. From the drama of the Blea Moor railway crash to local gymkhanas and dramatic winter weather, Frank Knowles’s images form a fascinating time capsule of our dale. Over fifty of Frank’s photographs will be reproduced in the exhibition – alongside many of his recollections of the events.
The Exhibition will run from 18th January until 17th February 2019.
