Photographer and Trainee Photographer

Full time, salary negotiable according to experience.

Tennants is the UK's largest family owned fine art auctioneers and from our base in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, we connect buyers and sellers in more than 70 countries worldwide.  It is one of the busiest sale rooms in the country, where more than 80 fast moving auctions take place every year.

We require a photographer and a trainee to join our busy team to photograph each item consigned in forthcoming sale, for the website and printed catalogues. For both roles, you will need experience of photographing objects (rather than people) and you must be fully familiar with associated desktop publishing software. You must be able to work quickly and independently without supervision to very tight deadlines.

The hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.

Customer Service Advisor

The successful candidate must have previous experience in a busy front of house or administrative role. An excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are essential as well as being computer literate.

The successful candidate will be efficient and approachable, working with clients and colleagues across all auctions and must be flexible in their approach to duties. Full time and part time applications are accepted and there will be weekend work on a rota basis for all.

Waiting/Bar staff to work in The Garden Rooms Bar, Café and Restaurant

This is an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to further their career in the hospitality industry or to learn new skills.
Full and part time positions available, Week days/Weekends/Evenings.

We are looking for friendly, presentable, loyal staff to work as part of a team in a busy environment.  Daily duties include serving food and drink in a professional and knowledgeable manner to both restaurant and café customers.  The role will also include hosting the catering side of special events. Previous bar experience advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
