THE ICONIC WORKS OF ROBERT 'MOUSEMAN' THOMPSON
To celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the birth of Robert Thompson in May 1876, we are delighted to be hosting a talk & lunch. followed by a talk by Mouseman Specialist Diane Sinnott.
In this talk, Diane will offer insight into some of Mouseman’s most iconic early pieces of furniture such as the Hutch, the evolution of the Monk’s Chair, and selected important commissions. Diane will also discuss Mouseman master carvers including George Weightman and Stan Dodds.
