Looking Towards a Summer of Watches

27th February 2026. By Adam Wasdell

Whilst we are in the final stages of preparation for our 14th March Fine Jewellery, Watches and Silver Sale, we are already looking ahead to our July sale, sourcing fantastic watches by makers such as Cartier, Patek Philippe and Chopard. We are delighted to share a first preview of some of the highlights consigned so far.

Patek Philippe Lady’s Stainless Steel Twenty-4 Wristwatch

Patek Philippe Lady’s Stainless Steel Twenty-4 Wristwatch (estimate: £8,000-10,000 plus buyer's premium)

The standout lady's watch in the sale is a Patek Philippe Lady’s Stainless Steel Twenty-4 Wristwatch (ref: 7300/1200A-001) (estimate: £8,000-10,000 plus buyer’s premium). The Patek Philippe Twenty-4 was first released on the market in 1999, initially powered by a quartz battery movement. The Twenty-4 evolved over the years, and in 2018 the present reference 7300/1200A-001 was released. The watch has a very attractive blue sunburst dial, 36mm round case embellished with a double row of diamonds in a unique dentelle bezel setting. Adding to the desirability, the watch is sold with the original ‘Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin’ paperwork.

Cartier Stainless Steel Pasha de Cartier Wristwatch

Another highly collectable watch in the sale is the Cartier Stainless Steel Pasha de Cartier Wristwatch (ref: 4327), which is sold with Cartier boxes and International Warranty Card (estimate: £1,200-1,500). This reference Pasha de Cartier was launched in 2020, featuring a calibre 1847MC automatic movement and a 35mm wide case. The origins of the Pasha model date back to the 1930s when Thami El Glaoui, Pasha of Marrakesh, commissioned Louis Cartier to create a water-resistant watch.

Chopard Lady’s Stainless Steel Happy Sport Wristwatch

Chopard Lady’s Stainless Steel Happy Sport Wristwatch (estimate: £800-1,200 plus buyer's premium)

An iconic Chopard watch on offer with an estimate of £800-1,200 is the Chopard Lady’s Stainless Steel Happy Sport Wristwatch (ref: 8325). Some of the watchmaker’s most popular lady’s watches are from the Happy Sports range. Released in 1993, the range features diamonds that appear to float under the crystal glass and were the first watches to combine diamonds with a stainless-steel case. The present example was made in the 2000's and is sold with Chopard boxes and Certificate of Origin paperwork.
