An extensive and interesting collection of clock and watch making parts and tools is set to come under the hammer in Tennants Auctioneers’ Antiques & Interiors Sale on 21st February. Hailing from the estate of a Sunderland Clock and Watchmaker, the collection is being sold in fourteen lots, and includes two workbenches.
Tennants’ Clocks and Watches specialist Adam Wasdell says of the sale: ‘This is a fantastic opportunity for clock and watchmakers to procure large quantities of good quality parts and tools. It is rare to see such an extensive array coming up at auction’.
